Background and Current Work

JP is the Associate Director of Modeling and Applications Development at Riverside Research. He has thirty years of experience in measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT) and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) related work. He has extensive experience in sensor and collection-platform operations, in addition to a comprehensive appreciation for the value of the corresponding data exploitation. JP was instrumental in the design and engineering of our airborne and satellite collection planning tools. He has supported various Department of Defense (DOD) service elements and intelligence agencies over the past thirty years by modeling many of our collections systems to support system engineering and operational planning.

Education, Awards, and Recognition

JP earned his BS in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986 and his MS in electrical engineering from the University of Dayton in 1991.
