Riverside Research staff performs an instrumental role in the design and integration of Airborne Cueing and Exploitation System Hyperspectral (ACES Hy) sensors onto airborne platforms. Our electro-optical engineers serving the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s HSI program office support the capability verification and operational test activities required to field these powerful assets. Our team’s ability to provide in-depth analysis resulted in the development of the initial operational signature sets for ACES Hy, a key component to the overwhelming success of this highly visible mission.
Additionally, our spectral science experts are able to manage and solve problems related to ACES Hy processing, further supporting the Air Force’s ongoing data exploitation efforts. Riverside Research provides training and education of HSI applications, multi-agency collaboration, and subject matter expertise during critical operational missions. Our experts deliver key technical leadership across the HSI operational community, ensuring the successful operational employment of ACES Hy worldwide. These hyperspectral sensors provide the warfighter a multi-mission intelligence source readily adaptable to our adversaries’ changes in tactics and procedures.
