Research Director, Airborne Reconnaissance Systems Directorate
Tami Souders is Research Director of the Airborne Reconnaissance Systems Directorate. Before being promoted to her current position, Tami held the positions of Associate Research Director and Deputy Director within the Airborne Reconnaissance Directorate. She joined Riverside Research after completing 23 years in the US Air Force, retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant.
Tami has more than 30 years experience in the communications-electronics, medical administration, human-resource management, and program management fields. She supervised and evaluated over 400 paraprofessional medical personnel and was the lead advisor to several squadron and group commanders. At the time of her retirement from the Air Force, she managed and directed personnel resource activities for over 1,200 personnel.
A native of Ohio, Tami earned associate degrees in human-resource management, allied health science, and electronic-systems technology, as well as BS in business administration.
