Riverside Research Welcomes Kathie Powers as Chief Financial Officer

WASHINGTON, DC – Riverside Research, a not-for-profit scientific research organization, welcomes Kathie Powers as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms. Powers is a financial executive with nearly 30 years of experience and brings expertise in driving continuous financial and operational improvements as well as implementing accounting processes and systems.

Most recently, Ms. Powers was the CFO at Innovim, a women-owned small business government contractor in science and engineering services. Prior to Innovim, she was a Senior Financial Leadership Partner and CFO with Tatum, a professional services firm that provides clients with trusted strategic, financial, and/or technology advisers. Through her experience at Tatum, working with government contractors, Ms. Powers gained in-depth knowledge of the intelligence and defense community.

Ms. Powers assumes her role on March 16 and will operate out of Riverside Research’s Washington Business Office in Arlington, VA.
