Innovation requires diverse perspectives including those seasoned professionals and subject matter masters as well as young professionals with recent academic experience and fresh ideas.
Riverside Research is committed to support science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education in our communities. One of our goals is to encourage these subjects to students, as they will represent the next generation of our scientific and technical workforce. Our intern program offers real-life, hands-on experience to undergraduate and graduate students as they work across several of our business units on diverse and challenging projects. Interns work under the mentorship of subject matter experts and have opportunities to learn from other parts of the organization through regularly scheduled lunch and learns.
In addition to getting to work on cutting edge innovative projects that impact national security and public interests, we support young professionals by bringing down educational costs. Riverside Research offers generous educational reimbursement and student loan repayment programs. Yes, really.
If you’re interested in an early career role or internship opportunity in one of our competencies, email Human Resources to start the conversation.
Riverside Research also partners with the National GEM Consortium’s GEM Fellowship Program, which supports underrepresented students at the master’s and doctoral levels in engineering and science. This is one of several STEM education initiatives we proudly support.
