BEAVERCREEK, OH – Riverside Research, a not-for-profit mission partner to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the Greater Dayton Region since 1999, broke ground on a 28,000 square foot building expansion to its Dayton Research Center on Tuesday, March 10, 2015.
Located at 2640 Hibiscus Way in Beavercreek, the newly expanded research center will directly support NASIC, AFRL, and other Wright-Patterson mission partners through multiple state-of-the-art research laboratories, including a Plasma Lab, an Optics Lab, a Geospatial Intelligence Integration Lab, an expanded Cyber Lab, and a Cyber Integrated Performance and Human Effectiveness Research (CIPHER) Lab to support the AFRL’s 711th Human Performance Wing. These labs will be integrated with the company’s current laboratory network, which spans various geographic locations and technology areas.
Once completed in October 2015, the facility will expand Riverside Research’s secure operating spaces while providing additional office space for the company’s growing staff in the Dayton area. More than 60 new jobs are expected over the next three years.
Synergy Building Systems and The Mills Development Companies will complete the expansion.
