Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs) offer a flexible contracting approach to initiate and enhance collaboration with government and industry and are regularly leveraged for technology acquisition due to benefits such as rapid development, real-time testing, access to mature technologies, and reduction of cost and risks. Riverside Research is an active member of the following OTA Consortia to provide the government ready access to our niche technologies and expertise. As an independent nonprofit provider, we satisfy significant participation requirements for nonprofit research institution participating to a significant extent in prototype projects of Title 10 Section 2371b(d)(1)(A).
