Ms. Downs is Chief Financial Officer of Constant and Associates as well as a strategic consultant for her own venture, Fide Professions Services. As a leader in accounting and finance, Ms. Downes provided consulting services for Guidehouse, a $1B+ consulting firm, from 2018 to 2019.
Known for technical and industry expertise, business development skills, financial sophistication, and governance and risk oversight acumen, Ms. Downes' career also includes roles as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at Versar, Inc,, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Environmental Design International Inc., and Vice President of Finance of GDI Advanced Protection Solutions.
